Congratulations on your desire to bring help and hope to others by becoming a group coordinator for the Weekend to Remember. The process to become a group coordinator is listed below.

Step 1: How do I become a Group Coordinator?

Become a Group Coordinator, you will need to:

1. Register as a group coordinator
2. Set up your login information
3. Name your group

Step 3: Invite people to join your group

We have created the guide, Inviting Others to Join Your Group, to give you some suggestions to help you get started. There are a variety of ways that you can build your group. You can use your gifts and influence to build your group through your connections and your church. We encourage you to customize a plan that best fits you.

Step 4: Check My Group Status Report

Once you have established your group, login to find out who has registered in your group. The report you see will not only list total registrations to date, but also the number of complimentary couple registrations available.

Step 5: My Personal Web page

After you sign-up to become a group coordinator, a personal group webpage is created for you to use to invite other to join your group. You have the ability to personalize the page with your own pictures and text.
