As in most corporations, the FamilyLife staff work hard to accomplish specific goals and objectives. But unlike the corporate world, the FamilyLife team shares a love of Jesus Christ and a passion for the family. Scheduled appointments include not only meetings with colleagues and ministry associates, but also regular times of prayer and fellowship.

Executive Director Dennis Rainey says, "I do believe God has raised up FamilyLife to be a catalyst for change-to call a whole generation of people to rebuild the family." Yes, it is exciting to be part of a cause that is much bigger than yourself. FamilyLife exists to glorify God, make Christ known, and be used by Him in a Family Reformation.
