FamilyLife's Human Resources

The Human Resources Department at FamilyLife serves our most valuable resource – our staff members!  We need people who have a servant’s heart and are willing go the extra mile to address the needs and requests of our staff. 

A critical area where we serve is to help provide new talent to the organization.  To accomplish this, we have a Staff Resources Team that has the privilege of guiding people through a process of discerning if God may be calling them to join our staff. 

We also have a Staff Relations group who plan and execute the all staff events, craft and deliver all of our internal communications, esteem and care for our staff in various ways, and help to resolve personnel issues that may arise. 

Staff Development is responsible for the training and development of the talented staff God has placed in our midst.  From leadership development to seminary level courses, our staff has numerous opportunities to grow spiritually and professionally. 

Finally, our Staff Services folks maintain our payroll system, keep our policies and procedures up to date, and help ensure that our staff personnel records are accurate and complete.
