FamilyLife's Information Services and Support Services Department

Support Services meets the needs of our constituents in three areas:  Information Services, the Call Center and Constituent Correspondence.

In Information Services we have employees who serve as developers, systems analysts; data base managers, telecommunications specialists, LAN administrators and help desk administrators.  Technically experienced RMO staff would be valuable resources in any of these areas.

Constituent Correspondence serves to respond to the email or postal mail questions of our constituents either in response to Family Life Today radio broadcast, our many published resources or general questions about marriage and family.  In this capacity we would welcome RMO staff and staff wives who have a gift for writing and would like be a part of answering our constituents’ questions and encouraging them in their walk with the Lord.

In the Call Center we have employees who work as customer service representatives, data entry clerks and managers serving to answer the calls of constituents and serve their constituent service needs.  While most of our call center staff are hourly or salaried staff, RMO staff seeking to serve part-time might consider serving on the call center team.
