  • Pray that the weather catastrophes around the world would draw people to salvation and spiritual growth and for their physical needs to be met.
  • Pray for the FamilyLife teams in Venezuela, Mexico, Ecuador, Paraguay, Brazil, Panama, The Dominican Republic, Peru, Paraguay, Colombia, El Salvador, Costa Rica and other countries--for God to strengthen them and give them great fruit to reach couples throughout their country. 
  • Pray for Junior and Angela dos Santos and their FamilyLife Team in Brazil as they are preparing for a Movement Maker Training event in November 2008.  Praise God for the significant progress they have made in translating and printing HomeBuilders study guides.
  • Praise God for the excellent progress being made to translate the "FamilyLife Today" radio programs in to Spanish.  HCJB is partnering with FamilyLife to make the Spanish broadcasts available in August 2008.
  • Pray for Leonel and Miriam Motta as they provide leadership to the growing FamilyLife movement throughout Latin America.  Praise God for the many thousands of people who attended FamilyLife events and participated in HomeBuilders couples studies in 2007--pray for tens of thousands to be reached in 2008 and 2009.
  • Pray for Kenya where churches and homes have been burned due to problems between the government and the people. There are 50,000 displaced from their homes and many killed. Pray for the believers there, for comfort for the grieving, for the government to be wise and many come to the Lord as a result of these events.
  • Current oppression of evangelical church and its leaders in sensitive countries.
  • Scheduling challenges for work in Palestine.
  • Potential opportunity to go to Saudi Arabia for six weeks, leading several hundred expatriates from 20 nations.
    HomeBuilders Library DVD/CD in Arabic is now ready for worldwide distribution. Pray that many people & church leaders discover this website at www.arabfamilylife.com and use the HomeBuilders studies. Also that it will reach many people throughout the Middle East who may not be able to access the materials any other way.
  • Courage and Prayer Strategy for expatriates in UAE to launch HomeBuilders in Arab Fellowships
  • Ongoing evangelistic strategies in Eastern Europe. 32,000 attended in 2006. Pray that we see even greater numbers this year who come to the events and pray to receive Christ.
  • Our New Zealand FamilyLife director has written a book with help from staff member, Jayna. It tells about his life and the extraordinary way God has helped him through his health trials and strengthened his marriage. Pray that it will be well received in New Zealand.
  • This same New Zealand director and family recently lost their 16 yr old daughter in a river accident. Pray for them as they grieve and that God will use this tragedy for good in New Zealand
  • Praise that the FamilyLife Russian Seminar DVD project is completed, and pray that many Russian speakers will benefit from the biblical principles for marriage presented in the video.
  • Pray for the development of relationship materials for use on university and college campuses around the world.
  • Pray for the growth & expansion of FamilyLife in Sub-Sahara Africa. Specifically for funding to print more HomeBuilders in different countries.
  • Pray for the development of a new series of couples-oriented Bible studies targeting discipleship.
  • Pray for funding for special international projects.
  • Pray for the introduction of HomeBuilders strategy in Slovakia.
