Volunteer Onsite at a Weekend to Remember®


We have a need for couples to help us in many administrative functions for each of our weekends. Volunteer Areas

HomeBuilders Onsite Table Host
Must have hosted at least one HomeBuilders group study.
Alumni preferred.
Your purpose is to encourage interested conferees to start a small group study.
During the weekend you must be available to host the HomeBuilders table during those times the Resource Center is open. (Hosting the table occurs before and after sessions and during breaks.)
Availability required:
Friday: 5:30 pm - 9:45 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
Sunday: 8:30 am - 1:00 pm

Registration Worker
Must be available at the conference hotel by 3:30 pm Friday.
Tasks include registration set-up, welcoming conferees, and distributing name tags and conference manuals during registration. Will also help with distribution and collection of materials on Sunday.
Availability required:
Friday: 3:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Sunday: Various times - 1:30 pm

Resource Center Worker
Must be available all day Friday beginning at 9:00 am for set-up, and after the conference Sunday until pack-up is completed (usually by 3:00 pm). Involves lifting of boxes and books.
Alumni preferred.
Throughout the weekend you will assist people who are looking for resources to purchase. Familiarity with products is helpful but not necessary.
You will serve during the breaks between sessions during the entire weekend.
Availability required:
Friday: 9:00 am - 9:45 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
Sunday: 8:30 am - 3:00 pm

Equipment Setup Volunteer
Must be available all day Friday to help with the A/V set-up in the conference ballroom. (Involves lifting and carrying equipment.)
Set-up includes running cords and cables, setting up lighting, projectors, projection screens, pipe and drapes, and video/sound checks. May be asked to assist in monitoring A/V equipment during sessions.
Availability required:
Friday: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Saturday: 8:30 am - 4:45 pm and 4:45 pm - 5:15 pm
Sunday: 9:00 am - 12:45 pm and 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
