A recent outreach by Esdras and Rosita Perez, FamilyLife Coordinators, is a HomeBuilders group for deaf couples. They have an interpreter who is helping with the translation.

Guatemala held a FamilyLife leadership training summit focused on the role of the City Ministry Director and the importance of volunteers. This summit provided additional equipping of couples serving in Guatemala, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Paraguay, Puerto Rico and El Salvador.

The overwhelming success of the training was particularly evident when each couple or country team prepared and presented three to five goals and a vision for expanding FamilyLife in their countries. It was "a God thing"--the work of the Holy Spirit drawing hearts together, igniting a vision for families, and growing a passion to build movements to change the world, "one home at a time."
