Seven couples were trained to lead the FamilyLife National Speaker Team in Paraguay. One of those couples, Juan and Domi Delgado, were selected to become the FamilyLife National Coordinators for the country of Paraguay. Juan is a successful businessman who works in a large CPA firm in Asuncion.

Juan Delgado and the CCC National Director, Benny Neufeld, hope to have 100 couples attend the FamilyLife Marriage Conference. The follow up training will provide an excellent opportunity for the new National Speaker Team couples to work on their presentations and get some hands on experience in front of a large audience.

One missionary couple, Pastor and Mrs. Paul Stephens have been serving in Paraguay for 27 years--planting churches and developing church leaders. Paul caught the vision to reach out to families with Biblical principles for marriage by using the FamilyLife Marriage Seminars in his region. He has a key leadership role in an association of 10 churches in his region. He saw great potential to encourage couples in their marriages through the use of HomeBuilders and other FamilyLife resources.
