The following is an estimate of the financial costs to attend a Weekend to Remember:
Conference Registration Fee: $89.00–129.00/person
The conference registration cost is for the event only. The conference fee is dependent upon when and how you register.
- Standard registration for the conference weekend you have selected:
$129 per person ($258 per couple)
- Join a group by Thursday prior to the start of conference weekend you have selected:
$89 per person ($178 per couple)
A group is five or more couples registering/attending at the same time.

Conference Hotel Accommodations: Rooms range from $70.00 to $150/night
While not required, we recommend you enhance your weekend experience by staying in the conference hotel. Conference hotel information can be found with the conference event information found on the Dates and Locations page. Look for the “book hotel” link on selected locations. (Please note that this feature will take you to the hotel website and you will no longer be on FamilyLife.com.)
When you call the hotel to make your room reservation, mention that you are attending FamilyLife's Weekend to Remember so that you may receive the discounted room rate we have negotiated with the hotel. The hotel room discount deadline is three weeks prior to the conference weekend.
Conference Meal Breaks: $0.00 - ?? /meal
All meals and breaks during the conference are on your own. If you plan to stay at the hotel during the conference weekend, we recommend budgeting for the following meals:
- Two breakfasts (Saturday and Sunday morning, depending on your hotel breakfast accommodations)
- Two lunches (Saturday and Sunday)
- Two dinners (Friday and Saturday)
Miscellaneous costs
Other costs to consider for the weekend:
- Child-care
- Hotel parking fees
- Drinks during breaks
- Tips for hotel personnel (porter, maid, etc.)
