It has always been my dream to incorporate stories into a devotional for children to teach them godly character qualities. In my new devotional, Growing Together in Gratitude, children have the chance to hear stories about real lives lived by real people – people who possesed the courage to deny self-pity and to believe in God and His loving interest in their circumstances.
Gratitude, love, generosity, sacrifice, and forgiveness; qualities we all want our children to posses. It’s our job as parents though, to help instill these qulalities in them. But we need things that work – things that are easy and need little to no preparation.
