Dear Barbara,
Thank you for this wonderful book! We've read two stories so far at breakfast, and the three of our children still at home have listened attentively. This will be a favorite new tradition at Thanksgiving, I'm sure. Also want to thank you for the beautiful card with your painting that came with the book. God is using you in mighty ways to touch many, and you are an inspiration to me!
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family and to all of Family Life.

I am so blessed. Sometimes I fail to take advantage of the opportunities God puts in front of me that really could make a difference. After hearing this program, my vow for the month of November is gratitude not grumbling and to ask God to use me for His good in changing the lives of others.

I used to work at a Target and one of my daily jobs was to clean out the restrooms (both the men's and the women's). When I heard, not only what you said to the lady that was cleaning the bathroom, but also the man that talked to you because of it; it almost brought me to tears. I had wanted to be able to make a difference in people’s lives by working there and most days I felt worthless, as far as that aspect goes. It was just a tremendous eye-opener for me. Thank you!

With her short speech she was able to fill my soul with gratitude! Can't wait to be able to purchase her book!! It will help me on my sunday school teaching and even on my everyday struggles with my only child, whom is autistic, and my emotional unstable, verbal abusive husband. Thanks to your inspired words, I am already thanking God for the "ants" in my life!!!
