Ron: Parting words, for all of us.

Ron: So, I shared some parting words with my son the day he moved out. I said, fix your eyes on Jesus. Knowing and seeing him more clearly is the path to becoming like him. Guard your heart. Choose your friends carefully, and manage what you allow into your mind. Those things will influence your heart. This also means making space for quiet; daily turn off the media a little bit, be still, and know that he is God.

And finally, I said, be a leader. The world is one big herd following the latest craze. Stand out from the herd and lead those around you. You know, maybe these words are good for all of us. For FamilyLife Blended I’m Ron Deal.
