Phillip Bethancourt is the Executive Vice President of The Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission (ERLC). He is also Assistant Professor of Christian Theology at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and on the Pastoral Leadership Team at Redemption City Church in Franklin, Tennessee. He and his wife, Cami, have four boys: Nathan, Lawson, Weston, and Hudson.
