Our pastors put their hearts out there Sunday after Sunday. And during the week, they’re grabbing a cup of coffee, listening to heartache, mediating church discipline and division. They’re shrugging on a jacket and showing up when we need them most.

Hebrews reminds us to “Obey your leaders and submit to them, for they are keeping watch over your souls, as those who will have to give an account” (13:17).
