David and Meg are passionate about helping people integrate faith and family and equipping them to make a difference in their local communities. David became the President of Cru in 2024.

David and Meg have served together in various ministry roles through the years, working primarily with the rising generation in Western Europe, Atlanta, and New York City and as the President of FamilyLife from 2017-2024.

David and Meg, married in 2001, currently live in Orlando, FL, with their four children.

Eric & Erikah Rivera

Eric and Erikah share a passion for cultivating healthy marriages and families. Eric is the Lead Pastor at The Brook, a multi-ethnic church in Chicago that they planted in 2013 and are honored to lead and shepherd together. He is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute (BA) and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (MDiv, PhD) and is the Affiliate Professor of Pastoral Theology at Trinity. He is the author of Christ is Yours and Unexpected Jesus (Lexham Press).

Erikah has a BA from Moody Bible Institute and MA in Mental Health Counseling from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. She works in private practice.

Eric and Erikah have been married since 2003 and together disciple their three precious children.

Justin & Sharita Bilson

Justin and Sharita Bilson believe in marriage and family. The Bilsons currently live in Little Rock, AR where Justin serves as a Teaching Pastor at Fellowship Bible Church and Sharita is a Licensed Professional Counselor and the owner of Grace Place Therapy.

Justin received his B.A in Communications from Elon University and his MDiv from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Sharita received her B.S. in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and her M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy & Clinical Mental Health Counseling from John Brown University.

The Bilsons have been married since 2012 and have two beautiful children.
