Bill has been a multi-industry businessman now serving as Mayor of Lakeland, FL. His ministry involvement includes leadership and teaching roles within their church, serving as Chairman of the Florida Family Policy Council, and has provided decades of service to over 20 civic, not-for-profit, and business boards.

Pamela has her Master’s Degree in Ministerial Leadership, mentors women, and leads them in Bible studies. She is a commissioned Prison Fellowship Centurion, serves on the Board of Deeper Walk International, and enjoys art and fitness instruction.

They are passionate about marriage, parenting, and family. Pam and Bill have been married 45 years, are parents of 12 children, and have 32 grandchildren!

Stephen & Mandy Love

Stephen and Mandy Love, married since 2010, moved from the Chicagoland area to South Bend in 2019 to plant Redemption City Church. Stephen serves as Lead Pastor and holds a B.A. from Moody Bible Institute, an M.Th. from Reformed Theological Seminary, and a Certificate in History from the University of Oxford. Mandy, with a BSW from the University of Kansas, serves as Executive Administrator at RCC and brings experience as a youth director and nonprofit executive.

Together, they are passionate about growing disciples of Christ, serving under-resourced communities, and raising and homeschooling their four children—Stephen (b. 2012), Elias (b. 2014), Jade (b. 2015), and Simeon (b. 2017)—to live out their faith in all areas of life.

Mandy and Stephen share a love for staying active and being outdoors. Mandy is a certified fitness instructor through Revelation Wellness, while Stephen is an avid golfer. Apart from their ministry work, you will find the Loves spending time together cheering for Notre Dame and KU, exploring God’s creation, and enjoying a weekly movie night.
