What’s included in my registration?

Registration includes access to all 9 sessions, two curated guidebooks, special couples projects, and official event lanyards with schedule. Please note: Registration does not include meals, parking, or accommodations.

Are meals and hotel accommodations included in the registration fee?

Accepted Answer

No, meals and hotel accommodations are not included. You’ll make your own hotel reservations, and within the available booking window, you may be able to receive a discounted rate.

Are children allowed in the ballroom or in any session?

Accepted Answer

Though FamilyLife cares deeply about your family, in order to keep your weekend free of distractions and as a courtesy to other guests, we do not allow children or pets in our sessions, including nursing infants. Only certified service animals are allowed (not emotional support).

How large is the event?

Weekend to Remember takes place in multiple cities across the country and draws couples of all ages and stages. You can expect a large group at most locations, with engaging sessions and opportunities to connect with other couples if you wish. However, these events are specific to your marriage and do not include any sort of group-sharing.

What will we receive when we arrive?

When you arrive, you'll check in, receive your materials, including two guidebooks and official event lanyards featuring the weekend schedule. From there, you'll be all set for our first session on Friday evening! The rest of the weekend is structured so you can jump right into engaging teaching and activities designed to strengthen your marriage.

Do I need to attend every session, or can we step away?

To get the most out of the weekend experience, we encourage attending all the sessions. However, the schedule is yours to manage, and there are built-in breaks and opportunities for personal time.

Who leads the sessions? Will the teaching be biblically based?

Accepted Answer

Weekend to Remember features experienced speakers and married couples who present practical, biblically centered principles for healthy marriages. The teaching is designed to help couples learn tools that work in everyday life.

Will there be free time built into the schedule?

Yes! While most of the weekend is focused on sessions and couple projects, there are built-in breaks and time for you and your spouse to relax, reflect, and enjoy a Saturday evening date night or personal conversations.
