Nathan and Gabrielle find great joy in teaching together and building into marriages and families.

A graduate of The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, Nathan serves on the Lead Pastor Team at Park Community Church in Chicago. His most treasured roles are husband and father.

Gabrielle’s career was in social work, including serving street kids in Colombia. 15 years ago, she switched her career to full time home manager and educator. Gabrielle enjoys mentoring and teaching women and educating their children at home.

The Paynes have been married for 20 years and raise their tribe of 7 with full hands, full hearts, and a big van.

Now retired, Tony serves as an independent board director, national speaker, and strategic advisor (tmLeadership.com). He has also served as the COO of Christian Alliance for Orphans (cafo.org).

Venita has worked in both public and private accounting, served as Women’s Ministries Director, and is a board member, speaker and mentor.

Tony and Venita reside in Atlanta, Georgia and have two adult children.
