Add a Community Event

This form is for the FamilyLife Small Group Finder located on our website. We are hoping to provide our guests with an easy way to find local small group opportunities.

The information that you provide below will help us to create a “listing” on our map for your study. People will be able to do a quick search using their location to find small groups near them. We do ask that you provide the name of the FamilyLife staff person or volunteer who you have been in contact with or work with regularly. Please note that by filling out this form you are agreeing to this information being shared publicly on our Small Group Map and with our partner in ministry USMarriage.org. Thank you!
