Luke and Kristina Middendorf
Luke Middendorf is President and CEO of FamilyLife, a role he stepped into in 2025. Whether investing in those closest to him or building global partnerships, he has spent his career equipping teams and families to follow Jesus and serve others with purpose locally, on college campuses, and across nations.
Before joining FamilyLife, Luke spent more than a decade with Athletes in Action, a ministry of Cru, where he built and led teams discipling hundreds of student athletes and coaches annually. He later served nationally, pioneering a training program that equipped Athletes in Action staff teams across the country. He holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Minnesota and a graduate certificate in theology from the Institute of Biblical Studies.
Luke and his wife, Kristina, have been married since 2009 and have two children. Together they have built their family around a shared conviction: that following Jesus means going where he sends you. As a family, they have served on short-term mission trips in Italy, Puerto Rico, Australia, Turkey, and France.

David and Meg Robbins
David Robbins became president of FamilyLife in December 2017, building on the four-decade foundation of the FamilyLife ministry. He and his wife, Meg, led the way to reach new generations of families and empower them to win, build and send through movements in the family space. Meg loves walking alongside people, mentoring them and helping them take their next steps in the mission God invites them into. David became president of Campus Crusade for Christ International and Cru in July, 2024. David and Meg married in 2001 and live in Orlando, Florida, with their four children.

Dennis and Barbara Rainey
Dennis and Barbara Rainey have been married for over 54 years and served as co-founders of FamilyLife and hosts of the award-winning radio program “FamilyLife Today” for over 26 years. Barbara is the founder of Everthinehome.com, an online ministry to women. Dennis hosts a YouTube channel, Inspiring Courageous Faith, a weekly video podcast featuring one-on-one teaching and guests who are calling others to live in courageous faith. Together, they have authored or co-authored more than 50 books and bible studies. They love spending time with their children and their spouses, and 27 grandchildren and soon to be 2 great-grandchildren, as often as they can, even though it’s a challenge since none live in their hometown.

Dave and Ann Wilson
Dave and Ann Wilson are the hosts of FamilyLife Today®, FamilyLife®’s nationally syndicated radio program, broadcast on over 1,300 stations across all 50 states. They are also the cofounders of Kensington Church, a multi-campus, national church that welcomes more than 14,000 attendees each weekend. Since 1989, the Wilsons have been featured speakers at FamilyLife’s Weekend to Remember® marriage getaways and have led their own marriage conferences across the country.Based in the Detroit area, Dave served as the Detroit Lions chaplain for 33 years. They now serve as the Marriage and Family Ministry Directors at Heritage Church. Dave and Ann have three grown sons—CJ, Austin, and Cody—three daughters-in-law, and seven grandchildren.

Ron and Nan Deal
Married since 1986, Ron and Nan Deal are coauthors of the bestselling book The Mindful Marriage: Create Your Best Relationship Through Understanding and Managing Yourself and share their popular marriage conference in churches around the country. Ron is a Senior Director at FamilyLife®, the author/coauthor of more than fifteen books and resources, a licensed marriage and family therapist, podcast host, and an invited Fellow of the Townsend Institute for Counseling and Leadership. Nan retired from teaching after 25 years and currently works for a Christian non-profit ministry. The Deals have contributed to various books and video series (e.g., Art of Marriage, GriefShare, Through This Valley) and lead a support group for parents who have lost a child. They have three sons, a daughter-in-law, two grandsons, and a Golden Retriever and live in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Zeo Worship
Zeo Worship is made up of Imua Garza, Tiffa Garza, Kamu Sing, and Tiffany Thurston—Native Hawaiian worship leaders united by their love for Jesus and a shared passion for serving the Church through worship. Together, they bring more than 100 years of ministry experience and a deep commitment to using music to encourage faith, strengthen families, and draw people closer to Christ.
With a heart to perpetuate ʻōlelo Hawaiʻi and share the hope of Jesus through mele, Zeo Worship creates music that honors Hawaiʻi’s language and culture while pointing listeners to the truth of God’s Word.
Zeo Worship has released five Hawaiian worship projects: Hoʻonani (2020), an album of modern worship songs in ʻōlelo Hawaiʻi; ʻEmanuʻela (2020), a Christmas EP; Hemolele (2022), a collection of hymns featuring their first original title track; Hānau ʻia (2023), a full-length Christmas album featuring four original songs and five reimagined classics; and LIVE (2025), a worship album capturing the heart and energy of Zeo Worship in a live setting.
