Ron: In today’s complex families, grandparents are confused.

Look, I realize it’s tough. You’ve got a lot to offer but you do have to answer these questions. So, here’s what you do. Sit down with your loved-ones and have a candid conversation. Define what each of you expects of the other and how you’re going to work together. Loving each other well is going to take some discussion and negotiation, but you can do it.
