Barry and Pam Abell serve as directors of Executive Ministries New Jersey, an affiliated ministry of cru. Barry received his bachelor of arts degree and worked as a municipal bond trader for 21 years on Wall Street. Pam received her master of science in elementary education. They lead Bible studies, retreats, and mentoring weekends for engaged and married couples.
