Laurie Short

Laurie Short is a speaker, author, preacher and stepmom. A graduate of Fuller Seminary, Laurie has served on staff at four churches over the last thirty years and is currently serving on the teaching team at Oceanhills Covenant Church in Santa Barbara. She has spoken to more than 500,000 people at conferences, colleges, and churches around the country, and her popular teaching videos on RightNow Media have been viewed by over a quarter million people all over the world. 

Laurie is the author of Grace-Filled Stepparenting: Help and Hope for This Unique and Loving Role (May 2021), 40 Verses to Ignite your Faith: Surprising Insights on Unexpected Passages (April 2019), When Changing Nothing Changes Everything (May 2017) and Finding Faith in the Dark (August 2014), as well as fourteen books for youth and youth workers.
