Award-winning medical journalist and author, Dr. Walt Larimore, talks to parents about the seriousness of childhood obesity. Joining him in the studio is Todd Chobotar, Director of Publishing at Florida Hospital in Orlando.
Todd Chobotar serves as founder, publisher, and editor-in-chief of the Florida Hospital publishing program. The focus of his work is creating consumer books, professional monographs, and other resources to help people understand and experience the principles of Whole Person Health. He is the author or coauthor of three books and has served as editor on dozens of publications. Chobotar holds two business degrees from Andrews University.
He lives in Orlando with his wife, Jeannine, twins Joshua and Sarah, and two cats Simon & Schuster.
Walt Larimore. MD, is one of America's best-known family physicians and had been listed in the Best Doctors in America, Who's Who in Medicine and Healthcare, the International Health Professionals of the Year, and Who's Who in America. In 2001 the Larimores relocated to Colorado where Dr. Larimore is now an author, educator, and medical journalist. He and his wife, Barb, have two grown children and two grandchildren.
