Josh shares the essentials of the Christian faith in everyday language so that youth, families, churches, leaders and individuals of all ages are prepared for the life of faith and the work of the ministry. This included leveraging resources based on years of experiences, new technologies and strategic partnerships.
Since 1961, Josh has delivered more than 26,000 talks to over 25,000,000 people in 125 countries. He is the author or co-author of 140 books, including More Than a Carpenter and New Evidence That Demands a Verdict, recognized by World Magazine as one of the top 40 books of the twentieth century. Josh's books are available in over 100 different languages.
Josh and his wife, Dottie, are quick to acknowledge that after their love for the Lord, family is their greatest joy and top priority. They have been married for 41 years and have four wonderful children and eight beloved grandchildren.

Ney Bailey has been a staff member with Campus Crusade for Christ for more than 46 years. She has spoken extensively on university campuses, at weekend conferences and retreats, civic groups, to Congressional wives and diplomats. Her ministry has taken her to Europe, Eastern Europe, Africa, Asia, the Middle East and Canada.
She helped initiate the Family Life Conferences, the Singles Conferences and the Alumni Ministry of Campus Crusade. In addition, she served on the Faculty of the Institute of Biblical Studies.
Ney serves on the Board of Directors of Chuck Swindoll’s radio ministry, Insight for Living and on the Advisory Board of Media Fellowship International. She has written a popular book entitled Faith Is Not a Feeling which has been in print for 30 years. The book is now published by Waterbrook Press with a new twelve-week Bible Study.
Dan Jarrell is married to Kathie and they have 5 children (Jessica, Amy, James, Andrew, and Molly). Kathie was born and raised in Alaska and after spending 12 years in Little Rock, Arkansas, they returned home in 2000 to serve at ChangePoint. Dan entered a relationship with Jesus in 1977 while studying Geology at Southern Oregon University and over time realized that God had given him a passion to teach the Bible. Before coming to Alaska, he served on the faculty at Multnomah University, planted a church in Conway, Arkansas and served as teaching pastor with Fellowship Bible Church of Little Rock, Arkansas. He has a Master of Divinity, and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Western Seminary in Portland, Oregon.
Jeff gives day-to-day direction and oversight to the global mission of Sage Hill. Additionally, he speaks and consults nationally and internationally on a variety of issues including biblical masculinity, fatherhood, spiritual formation, leadership, and relational authenticity.
Prior to Sage Hill, Jeff was the Directional Leader, Teaching Pastor and co-founder of a church that in eight years grew under his leadership from 4 people to over 4000 with 2000 adults in small groups. Jeff also served for 12 years in various leadership roles with Athletes in Action and FamilyLife (both ministries of Campus Crusade for Christ) and has past and current experience serving on the boards of several national and international ministries including Hawaiian Island Ministries and The Compassionate Hope Foundation.
He is the co-author of two Gold Medallion award winning resources including Preparing for Marriage. He received his Th.M.and M.Div. from Western Seminary with highest honors and is a graduate of Yale University where he majored in Organizational Behavior. Jeff and his wife Brenda are the parents of six children and reside in Nashville, Tennessee.
