
Heather Reddy
Heather Reddy has served with Athletes in Action (AIA) for nine years and has over 24 years of experience in full-time ministry. She spent her first 15 years with Cru in campus ministry at Ball State University and Northern Illinois University, and later as a Team Leader at the University of Central Florida alongside her husband, Jeremy.
In 2017, Heather and Jeremy transitioned to Athletes in Action to focus on soccer-specific ministry. From 2021 to 2025, she served as Executive Director of Pro Soccer, providing leadership and oversight to chaplains serving across multiple professional soccer divisions. She has also had the privilege of mentoring women competing at the professional level and currently serves as one of four chaplains to the United States Women’s National Soccer Team.
Heather is presently leading Cru’s World Cup initiative, Victory Beyond the Cup, which unites Cru ministries and like-minded organizations to leverage the reach of the World Cup to share the gospel.
Heather and Jeremy have been married for 24 years and are the parents of six children—three in college, one in high school, and two in elementary school.
