Kay Arthur and her husband Jack founded Precept Ministries International in 1970. Today, God is using Precept Ministries to reach more than 140 countries with inductive Bible studies translated into more than 65 languages. Kay also hosts Precepts for Life, a daily radio and television program. Kay lives with her husband in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
