Vaneetha Risner
Vaneetha is passionate about helping others find hope and joy in the midst of suffering. She is the author of several books, including her most recent, This Was Never the Plan: Walking with God through the Heartache of Divorce. Her story, detailed in her memoir Walking Through Fire, includes losing a son, living with a painful disability, going through an unwanted divorce, and single parenting adolescent daughters.
She and her husband Joel live in Raleigh, North Carolina and have a blended family, with four adult daughters between them.
