Tim is a communication professor at Biola University in La Mirada, CA where he teaches classes in conflict resolution, family communication and perspective-taking. He is the author of Marriage Forecasting: Changing the Climate of Your Marriage One Conversation at a Time, Defending Your Marriage: The Reality of Spiritual Battle, and Winsome Conviction: Disagreeing without Dividing the Church. He is the co-host of the Winsome Conviction Podcast.

Noreen is the Associate Director of Chapel Program at Biola and provides pastoral counseling to students. She is working on an MA in Christian Leadership and Ministry at Talbot School of Theology.

Together they have spoken at FamilyLife marriage conferences for 30 years.
